You install the Netviewer and after a few clicks you can give our service team authorisation to access the remote diagnostics connection. That means that the contents on the screen are transmitted to us and our expert can temporarily take over the running of your computer. This access is strictly limited to a single session and the connection is limited to a two computer dialogue so it can’t be seen by third parties.

Apart from the service aspect, the active connection between the two computers can be used to swap data between them. To make matters more understandable the screen content of the AGROCOM employee can be transmitted on to your machine to demonstrate how the programme works in real time.  The only costs involved are for the internet connection and telephone charges.
